### CREAMYWHIP REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Creamywhip, we pride ourselves on providing premium quality products and efficient delivery services. Our refund and return policy complies fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

#### 1. Change of Mind Returns
Due to the health, safety, and food-grade security guidelines associated with compressed gas and catering products, **we do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind** once an order has been dispatched or delivered. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

#### 2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the incorrect item, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
* **Notification Window:** You must report any faulty, damaged, or incorrect products within **48 hours** of delivery.
* **Evidence Required:** Please contact our customer support team via phone at **0458247960** with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect/damage.
* **Resolution:** Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately or process a full refund to your original payment method.

#### 3. Immediate 30-Minute Delivery (Melbourne Only)
* If you opt for our under 30-minute delivery service in Melbourne, please ensure you or an authorized person (aged 18+) is available to receive the order.
* If our courier arrives and is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect address provided, lack of age verification, or no one being present, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may be cancelled minus a restocking fee.

#### 4. Age Verification Failures
We maintain a strict **18+ policy**. If our delivery courier or postal tracking system flags an order where age verification cannot be proven upon delivery, the sale will be terminated immediately. In such cases, a refund will be processed minus a **20% administrative and restocking fee**.
