* **Misuse Policy:** We strictly prohibit the inhalation or recreational misuse of nitrous oxide. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you intend to misuse our products, or if you are purchasing on behalf of a minor, **we reserve the absolute right to refuse sale, cancel your order immediately, and block future access to our services.**

#### 3. Delivery Services (Melbourne & Australia-Wide)
* **Melbourne Under 30-Mins Delivery:** We strive to deliver orders within 30 minutes for designated Melbourne metropolitan areas. However, delivery times may occasionally fluctuate due to severe weather, extreme traffic, or unexpected peak rushes. 
* **Australia-Wide Post:** Standard and express shipping options are available nationwide. Delivery timelines for postal orders are governed by third-party courier networks (e.g., Australia Post) and Creamywhip cannot be held liable for postal transit delays.

#### 4. Pricing and Product Information
* All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
* We reserve the right to update product availability, specifications (such as the 580g/2000g gas volume capacities), and pricing at any time without prior notice.

Creamywhip shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the handling, storage, operation, or misuse of our cream charger cylinders. It is the user's responsibility to operate all tanks in compliance with standard pressure gauges, filling systems, and manufacturer instructions.
